COLSA Corporation is seeking candidates for Red Team Cyber Planners in Huntsville AL

In this role you will primarily:

• Conduct cyber planning missions, coordinate operations, and recommend schedules.

- Assist in the development of Rules of Engagement.

- Coordinate with the. customer, Red Team and intelligence cells to ensure cyber assessment is threat representative

- Review test plans and provide input based on the customer's needs and capabilities.

- Support exercise and test scenario development and cyber objectives

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 8-20 years related experience
• Minimum of a Secret clearance with ability to achieve TS/SCI investigation.; US citizenship required
• Former military officer, warrant officer, or NCO, with experience in direct support of military operations (preferably cyber) -OR- experience at an Operational Test Agency planning and executing ACD's (Adversarial Cybersecurity DT&E Development, test and evaluation) and AA's (Adversarial Assessments)
• Demonstrated understanding of Cyber Operations, planning, or testing
• Working knowledge of desktop applications including word processing, spreadsheet, and database software packages

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred
• Active TS/SCI highly preferred
• Experience with Combatant Command exercise planning and execution (J3, J5, J7)
• Experience with operational and developmental test planning and execution
• Familiarity with military acquisition cycle
• Demonstrated understanding of Campaign Orders, Operations Orders, Planning Orders, and Fragmentation Orders -OR- demonstrated understanding of test plan development and execution
