  • Responsibilities

    REQUIRED SKILLS:

    • Coordinates and supervises all construction activities
    • Thoroughly understand projects floor plans, fixture placement, blue prints, and construction codes as affected by local and state ordinances
    • Previous experience pulling permits
    • Directs all field personnel to achieve completion of project on schedule, within budget, with quality workmanship that conforms to the original plans and specifications
    • Reviews scope of work for contracts issued
    • Maintains construction schedule, identifies and solves problems
    • Orders materials and schedules inspections as necessary throughout the process
    • Understands the project plan and specifications
    • Maintains positive relationships with customers, sub-contractors, suppliers, temps and other employees
    • Prepares, schedules and supervises completion of final punch list
    • Promotes job site safety, encourages safe work practices and rectifies job site hazards immediately
    • Track change orders and complete required reporting and maintains an organized job site and daily log
    • Must work closely with Project Manager & Coordinator to assure all Change Orders and RFIs are kept up with and distributed in a timely manner
    • Quality control check on assigned projects
    • Provide project managers timely evaluations of field employees upon completion of projects

    Required Skills Required Experience

  • Qualifications

    SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:

    • 7+ years of experience in investor relations, investment banking, or corporate finance
    • Demonstrated understanding of Regulation Fair Disclosure (Reg FD) and other SEC disclosure rules and regulations
    • Understanding of GAAP accounting practices
    • Understanding of valuation analyses and modeling techniques used by investors and analysts
    • Advanced analytical skills; ability to perform quantitative and qualitative analysis
    • Advanced communications skills (written and oral) and relationship-building skills (Being a strong writer is a must)
    • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
    • Ability to represent the company at investor meetings and conferences as required
