    Wilson & Company, Inc., Engineers & Architects is currently seeking a senior level CADD Technician to support our Survey Division in our Denver, CO office. The ideal candidate will need to have experience preparing CDOT Right of Way Plans. We are looking for someone with great communication skills who enjoys being part of a team in a fast paced environment.

     

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

     

    • Working within Micro-Station following internal or client driven CADD standards
    • Coordinating with design engineers to develop ROW and Ownership Plans for CDOT
    • Adhering to a specific quality control procedures
    • Complete work according to standard engineering principles and practices and compliance with company standards and quality system procedures
    • Create and document concepts, models, layouts, submittals, instructions, and complete ROW plans
    • Capable of completing projects with minimum direction
    • Perform survey calculations and reports

    Required Skills

     

    • Proficiency with Micro-Station, Microsoft office, and other computer applications and design software is a plus

     

    Required Experience

     

    • Minimum of 5 Years of Experience
    • Micro-Station proficiency required
