  • Responsibilities

    General Summary

    Provides somewhat complex on-site technical assistance in support of operating commercial or military systems. May provide system services in the areas of maintenance, testing, operations, logistics, integration, and installation.

    • Requires CONUS and/or OCONUS travel to customer sites.

    *Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential functions)

    • Provides on-site system assistance on a commercial or military system*

    • Provides technical assistance with regard to daily operations, system upgrades, and preventative maintenance of these military systems *

    • Monitors daily system operations ensuring system performance and data requirements meet specifications *

    • Tests system to ensure proper functionality *

    • Identifies, orders, receives, and tracks parts *

    • Installs and integrates parts on military systems *

    Required Skills

    Required Experience

    • Associate's degree or higher in a related field

    • Two years of related experience

    • Ability to obtain and maintain Security+ CE certification within 6 months of hire

    • Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility

    • Working knowledge of Two-Satellite Geolocation.

    • Working knowledge of desktop applications including word processing, spreadsheet, and database programs

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree preferred

    • Computer systems/network administration or maintenance experience

    • Systems Engineering and Linux experience

    • Active Security+ CE certification

    • Active Network + certification

    • Prior experience creating advanced training products, tactics, techniques, and procedure (TTP) development, and/or executing USAF/USSF evaluations
