    General Summary: COLSA is seeking an experienced Journeyman level candidate for providing Risk Management Framework (RMF) for classified US Army Development Command (DEVCOM) assets. Candidate must be able to manage and assess RMF packages within Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS), and provide control assessment reports to ISSM.

    *Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):

    • Disseminate, monitor, and respond to DEVCOM IAVM notices for classified and unclassified RMF Packages. *
    • Distribute and manage applicable Cybersecurity Task Orders (CTOs) and taskers from ISSM(s). *
    • Monitor eMASS workflow reviews and documentation requiring ISSM and/or AO review. *
    • Review directorate subscriber RMF packages within eMASS for incomplete or missing artifacts.*
    • Participates in response teams to ensure any anomalies are corrected in accordance with government or industry standards.*

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in related field, or equivalent experience.
      • Minimum of 3 related certifications may be used in place of unrelated degree field.
    • Minimum of 8 years of work related experience.
    • CompTIA Security+certification required.
    • Hands-on knowledge of RMF package management within eMASS.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Secret DoD security clearance required; U.S. Citizenship required.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • IAM Level II or III Certification
    • Cybersecurity certification for auditing, i.e. CISA, CAP, etc.
