REPORTS TO: VP, Brand Marketing & CRM
BUSINESS/ LOCATION: Brand Headquarters, NYC
OVERVIEW: This position is responsible for managing and coordinating Marketing campaigns across channels, aligning the creative and production functions within critical company timeframes. This business partner will work cross-functionally with business leaders to drive Marketing campaigns, ensuring that projects are executed timely and in accordance with brand standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own and drive the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including stores, digital, email & social media
- Lead end-to-end management of campaigns and projects from conception to planning, execution and deployment.
- Partner closely with the VP, Brand Marketing and other Marketing leads to understand core vision and key focuses of Marketing initiatives
- Manage Marketing calendar, working very closely with cross-functional partners to disseminate key campaign information and gather all assets needed to support the campaign across channels; update teams as promotional focuses and other changes are made
- Ensure alignment and collaborate with cross-department stakeholders to drive consistent and compelling brand standards to consumers across all channels
- Provide direction on the brand look and feel, ensuring all creative assets and content meet brand standards
- Develop strong knowledge of Company calendar and key initiatives that drive Marketing campaigns, including product launches, Celebrity events, in-store promotions, etc.
- Guide the creative team throughout the development process, ensuring that they remain updated on any changes in general direction or deadlines
- Partner with VP, Brand Marketing on developing and refining the brand strategy, voice and image

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-5 years of Marketing experience
- Proven leadership experience in working across multiple functional areas
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Must thrive in a fast paced environment
- Ability to both think strategically and drive detail-oriented execution with excellence
- Technical skill proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Strategic, analytical and creative thinker
- Experience in fashion retail preferred
- Strong team player and interpersonal skills with proven ability to work with cross-functional teams
EDUCATION:_
_Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Marketing or Business is a plus.
