General Summary
COLSA is looking for a Cyber Analyst to join a robust team of professionals managing an enterprise environment for the Army.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential functions)
- Assists in routine analysis of systems in support of RMF documentation and accreditation.
- Assists in the preparation of systems specifications.
- Assist in the development of Plans of Actions and Mitigation (POA&M) documentation.
- Identifies where systems deviate from acceptable configurations, enclave policy, or local policy.
- Assists in conducting audits to ensure policies and procedures are implemented as defined in security plans.

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field.
- Working knowledge of desktop applications including word processing, spreadsheet, and database programs.
- Working knowledge of DISA STIGs and Risk Management Framework.
- Ability to obtain a SECRET security clearance (Interim is required to start).
- Security + CE Certification (or other DoD 8570 IAT-II Certification).
- US Citizenship required.
- Must have good interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to a dynamic customer-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience applying DISA STIGS, conducting vulnerability audits, security configuration checks, and system configuration scans to meet Cyber Security requirements.
- Knowledge of Information Security and Auditing.
- Knowledge of Federal and DoD Guidance DoDI 8500.1, DoDI 8500.2, DoDI 8510.01, SP 800-57, SP 800-53, and CNSSI 1253.
