Job Summary
We are seeking an office manager to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate all administrative duties and office procedures, ensuring the workplace operates smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include employee management, employee recruiting/hiring, customer service, scheduling meetings, paying invoices, communicating with vendors, etc. The ideal candidate has a background in the home care industry, is highly organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to implement systems and procedures.
Responsibilities
Maintain calendar of appointments and meetings
Design the office layout with efficiency and organization in mind
Collaborate with human resources to create, update, and maintain office procedures
Maintain office equipment in good working order with the assistance of the IT department
Pay and record invoices
Communicate with clients, vendors and service providers
Accurately maintain general office budget
Manage Employees
Provide customer service to clients
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED required, some college preferred
Previous experience as an Office Manager or similar position preferred
Previous experience in home health care, or home care
Understanding of office equipment, systems, and procedures
Skilled in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
