ComfortCare Pharmacy and Medical Products is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative / Order Intake Coordinator at ComfortCare Medical Products to join our team! You will be responsible for coordinating incoming medical equipment orders and supplies from start to finish. Responsibilities: Responsibilities: • Handle customer inquiries • Provide information about the products and services • Assist customers with order intake • Document and update customer records based on interactions • Communicate with customers, doctors, and insurances to process medical equipment orders • Handle a high volume of phone calls Qualifications: ​ Qualifications: • Previous experience in customer service, durable medical products, or other related fields, such as medical front office • Ability to build rapport with clients • Ability to prioritize and multitask • Positive and professional demeanor • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Bilingual Spanish or Armenian preferred • Part-time or Full time (25-40 hours available) • Some Saturday availability is required with one day off during the week Compensation: $19.50 - $23.50 hourly
