Commercial Real Estate Agent

Location: Dallas/ Fort West Area

Compensation: Commission based only.

Position Description

RDE Capital Group LLC, a leading commercial real estate brokerage based in Dallas, specializing in investment sales, leasing and property management throughout Texas is seeking driven and entrepreneurial Commercial Real Estate Agent to become an integral part of our dynamic team. Reporting to the President, the selected Commercial Real Estate Agent must be a determined, energetic, engaged, and friendly individual with a history of achievement. What you will do:

· Represent landlords, tenants, buyers and investors in commercial transactions

· Prospect and develop new client relationships

· Negotiable lease and sales agreements

· Prepare market reports and property analyses

· Manage deals from listing to closing

What We’re Looking For:

· Texas Real Estate License (required)

· Prior commercial real estate experience is preferred, but motivated residential agents are welcome.

· Strong networking and relationship building skills

· Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire for uncapped earning potential

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple deals

· Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, or related business fields, preferred

· At least one year of commercial or residential real estate sales preferred

· Expertise required in word, excel, power point and outlook

· Role requires frequent domestic travel
