Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Program Associate to join our team! You will work closely with numerous different departments to assess training and program needs, and be responsible for reviewing and establishing program measurement and endeavors that are currently funded by grants, performing any and all pre- and post-award requirements and functions for grants, and managing financial projections for these programs. find appropriate program options to fill those needs. You will also attend various meetings to gain a better understanding of the company goals, assist management with implementing new programs, and ensure all company programs are in line with our mission and goals. You will also work closely with other departments to determine their financial needs, work with grant writers to determine the best grants to apply for, and conduct annual or spontaneous audits as needed. The ideal candidate for this role has a deep understanding of the grant and funding process, has excellent time management skills, has the ability to multitask and switch priorities and works well within a team environment. This person will sometimes assist in the drafting of grants, reports, and other writing projects.
Responsibilities
Monitor current and upcoming grants, including financial projections and budgets
Work closely with other departments, building relationships and learning the needs of each department
Help to determine the best programs for each department based on their unique needs
Assist management in implementing programs effectively
Assist grant writers and other team members when determining the best grants and avenues for funding
Deep understanding of grants, financial funding, and financial projections
Demonstrated experience with management or leadership desired
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Prepare financial projections and reports for stakeholders monthly, quarterly, and annually.
Attend various department meetings to gain a deeper understanding.
