The Project Executive (PX) provides overall direction and supervision of an assigned project(s), and oversees the work of Project Managers, Engineers, and Administrators to establish operational priorities and maintain satisfactory relationships with owners, subcontractors, architects, engineers, etc.. The PX will assume overall accountability for jobsite safety and quality and managing critical issues as they arise. The PX will enforce project reporting requirements, including cost reports, RFIs, submittals, material delivery logs, schedule updates, pre-op meetings, as well as subcontractor, owner, and Consigli team meetings. Additional responsibilities include the management of the closeout process, assistance with the development of standard operating procedures for the Project Management Department, leading business development pursuits and/or proposals, attending and participating in project presentations and interviews, as well as other duties, as assigned.
Based in the Westchester NY area, this role will serve as the “face of Consigli” for all stakeholders, conducting meetings with clients, design teams, consultants and Consigli project teams. The PX will be responsible for developing a book of business, using existing relationships as well as developing new ones, that will build upon Consigli’s growth throughout the northeastern United States.
