    ** DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES**

    • Review & maintain accounts receivable for categories as assigned.
    • Cultivate positive rapport with customers using superior communication skills, verbally and written.
    • Strong follow-up skills and maintain detailed notes on customer accounts.
    • Research and resolve customer issues in an effective and timely manner.
    • Process credit card payments as needed.
    • Review merchant disputes as needed.
    • Collaborates with outside collection agency as applicable.
    • Data entry for accounts payables and review vendor account statements
    • Bring your ideas and suggestions - contribute to our commitment to continuous improvement.
