Role Summary CDT is seeking a sales representative to accelerate our growth initiatives around our core business and our new business providing COVID-19 services. Our clients are sports organizations, government entities, and private companies. The sales representative will be responsible for advertising and selling our services and help create a competitive advantage for the company. Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, emails, referrals, and social channels - Ability to handle high call volume and create a positive experience for each caller. - Successfully nurture and follow up on leads generated by yourself and others - Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships - Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective customers - Effective job bids and project proposals - Professionally represent the company at trade shows - Identify different consumer requirements to properly identify marketing opportunities. - Anticipate new opportunities to maintain relationship with important clients - Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction - Attend networking events - Keep up with industry trends Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree - Can do attitude, with a willingness to be involved in all details and aspects - Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all day - Requires strong organizing skills, with the ability to organize both physical and electronic documents - Excellent customer service and customer responsiveness - Ability to maintain strict confidentiality - Must have strong communication skills, both written and oral - Excellent attention to detail - Must be able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced company - Strong work ethic and ability to multi-task - Ability to function independently with minimal supervision - Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) preferred - Experience in healthcare and/or drug testing industry preferred Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
