Compensation: 50K base plus 1st year 20K guaranteed commission; - 1st year potential 80K-$90K not capped so could be higher. Very high earning potential year 2 and beyond.
Preferred Industry Experience: 2-5 years of experience selling a service to Tier 1 & 2 Supplier accounts from within a manufacturing &/or engineering industry.
Location: Remote - Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky Territory
Overview
- Must be a "Hunter" while there is some farming involved - 95% of the job is landing new logos/contracts.
- Research companies, identify key decision-makers and develop qualified leads.
- Acquire and maintain new accounts through aggressive prospecting activities and assigned. Establish and expand revenue, service, and relationships with customers
- Execute Sales goals and priorities
- Approach sales as a profession, become a student of the business to constantly improve knowledge and performance
- Must have the ability to interrupt contracts and establish pricing in accordance with company standards and service lines
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree
- 2-5 years related sales experience calling on accounts
- Experience with CRM tool preferred
- Proactive, creative and results-driven
