If it touches OSHA, EPA, PPE, reporting, inspections, or keeping people safe — it runs through you.

?? What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead plant-wide safety & environmental programs

Ensure OSHA & regulatory compliance (no shortcuts)

Own audits, inspections, reporting & corrective actions

Investigate incidents & drive real solutions

Manage Workers’ Comp & return-to-work programs

Deliver impactful safety training

Build a culture where safety isn’t a poster — it’s a mindset

3–5+ years in EHS leadership (manufacturing environment)

Strong regulatory knowledge

Confident communicator who can lead from the front

Coach, motivator, problem-solver
