    Compensation

    Compensation for this position is based on relevant experience and is among the highest relative to regional industry standards, including retirement benefits and full health insurance.

    Position Responsibilities

    The role involves facilitating and managing all aspects of day-to-day operations while upholding high standards of quality and productivity. This hands-on, multi-disciplinary position requires exceptional organizational and communication skills, as well as strong attention to detail. Applicants are expected to be positive, solution-oriented team players who can effectively oversee subcontractors, laborers, and suppliers.

    Minimum Qualifications

    At least 12 years of relevant work experience in high-end residential construction, renovation, or restoration.

    Proven ability to adapt to changes, communicate effectively, and deliver projects on schedule by coordinating subcontractors and suppliers while balancing client needs.

    Strong knowledge of best building practices and safety protocols.

    Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office, basic construction scheduling tools and weekly paperwork submissions to the office.

    Ability to read and interpret construction documents, drawings, and related materials.

    Capable of developing scope, preparing take-offs, and placing timely orders for material delivery.

    Skilled in carpentry and layout.
