We are looking an experienced Architect to lead our in-house production team and set the standards for our vendors.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, assess and grow the existing architectural workforce (both in-house and vendors)
• Develop the production standards and templates
• Manage architectural production, including work assignment, direct production, quality control, etc.
• Manage plan review and permitting process, including corrections (in cooperation with project managers)
• Other duties may be assigned within the architectural scope

Qualification:

• Active CA license
• Solid experience with residential and commercial projects in California
• Ability to lead and manage the teams and resources
• Proficient knowledge of modern CAD and modeling software
• NCARB and LEED certification is a plus
