Contract & Compensation Details

• Contract Length: 7 weeks

• Start Date: ASAP

• Hours: 36hrs/ wk (3x12)

• Shift: 6p-6:30a

• Regular Rate: $15/ hr ($540/ wk)

• OT Rate: $39/hr

• Non-Taxed Travel Stipend: $870/ wk

• Gross Weekly: $1,410

Qualifications and Education for the Contract LPN:

• 1+ year(s) of LTC/Rehab LPN experience required

• BLS required

• Unencumbered NM or Compact LPN license required
