    Contract & Compensation Details

    • Contract Length: 14 weeks

    • Start Date: ASAP

    • Hours: 36/wk

    • Shift: 6:45p-7:15a

    • Regular Rate: $14.50/hr ($522/wk)

    • OT Rate: $43.25/hr

    • Non-Taxed Travel Stipend: $1,035/wk

    • Gross Weekly: $1,557

    Qualifications and Education for the Contract LPN:

    • 1+ year(s) of LTC/Rehab LPN experience required

    • BLS required

    • Unencumbered NH or Compact LPN license required
