Who are we looking for?

We have a strong pipeline of exciting and career-enhancing full-time and part-time assignments across the Biotech, Marketing, Fintech, Consumer Goods, Pharma, and Technology sectors, and we're interested in hearing from Legal Project Assistants to join us and commence their LOD journey.

This role is 5-days per week on site for the first 30 days, and then will transition to hybrid.

To join us, you will:

• Have at least 0-2 year(s) of experience ideally gained in a law firm setting, either via employment or internships
• Be client centric - commercially minded, adaptable and able to hit the ground running
• Additional requirements:
  • Have exposure to supporting a litigation practice in a high-volume, large law firm environment.
  • Have the ability to navigate MS Office, basic office hardware, calendaring software, and legal research tools, among others.

Key Responsibilities of this Role:

• Assisting in special project work
• Organizing and analyzing expert witness files
• Assisting in the reorganization and coding of all witness files and updating section expert witness database
• Indexing documents to be used in preparation for trial
• Reviewing and analyzing relevant legal materials
