Lawyers on Demand is currently urgently seeking a contract Legal Support Specialist for a law firm client in the Phoenix, AZ area.

This role would be hybrid - most of the work can be done remotely, but some tasks will require in-office presence.

This role has the potential to turn into a permanent position for the successful candidate.

Responsibilities

• Manage, track, and maintain all electronic devices/equipment for the firm
• Configure devices/equipment in preparation for trials
• Distribute equipment to teams prior to trial
• Train attorneys and paralegals on proper equipment usage and handling
• If necessary and if requested, candidate must travel to be on site to assist with tech for training or trial across the US

When trials are not priority, daily work will be remote and consist of:

• Manage trial and hearing docket
• Work within RelativityOne and Everlaw to perform searches, create batches, and prep documents for production

Qualifications:

• Candidates must have experience in RelativityOne
• Candidates must be extremely tech savvy , and be able to quickly troubleshoot computers, iPads, and other various devices/equipment
• Candidates must be available to travel as needed
• 3+ years of relevant experience required

Lawyers On Demand/Consilio offers non-attorney flexible talent placement rates that range from $15 to $100 per hour depending upon experience level and specific skills requested by the client, the candidate’s general skill set, the applicability of candidate's skill set to client need, client budget, number of hours requested, and other factors. A specific rate of pay for a project will be discussed with you if it is determined that you are a potential fit for a role.
