** Lawyers on Demand, a Consilio Company,** is currently seeking a contract Litigation Paralegal for a hybrid assignment in Nashville, TN.

** Start:** ASAP once interviewed and selected by the client

** Hours:** 40 hours per week

** Duration:** Long-term, open-ended contract assignment

** Pay Rate:** $35/hour

** Hybrid in Nashville, near the airport**

The paralegal will be responsible for intake, review, and directing responses for all incoming subpoenas. Additionally responsible for general litigation tasks and eDiscovery.

Responsibilities:

• Subpoena management (collaborating with the business teams to gather responsive data and prepare production letters, etc.)
• Data management (data gathering and review, etc.)
• Collaboration between business and legal department
• Collaboration with outside counsel

** Profile of the Ideal Candidate:**

• Demonstrates a strong ability to successfully multitask
• Quick learner
• Responsive to colleagues and external points of contact
• Can lead projects independently and resolve issues effectively
• 3+ years in subpoena management experience
