Who are we looking for?

We are currently seeking a contract Legal Records Custodian to join us and commence their LOD consultant journey.

This role is expected to last through the rest of 2025 and is fully remote. This role will pay based on experience and will start at $35/hour.

To join us, you will:

Have at least 3 years of experience in either a paralegal capacity or legal operations

Be client centric - commercially minded, adaptable and able to hit the ground running

Additional requirements:

• Must be able to prioritize matters, exercise professional judgment, and remain proactive while working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in teams and communicate effectively on status and progress of the work
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills

Daily Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating the workflow of summons and subpoenas
• Collect, organize, update and analyze information or data needed for investigation or discovery in administrative, litigation, and investigation matters as directed by legal staff and/or outside counsel
• Support coordination between legal staff and internal customers, including coordinating between internal customer and attorney to gather required information and documents by response deadline
• Maintain and organize legal data and information in applicable company tracking tool, such as Onit
• Review incoming subpoenas, track deadlines and escalate complex matters to legal team
