Responsibilities:

1. Coordination of order changes in accordance with sales and procurement functions.
2. Order/delivery status monitoring and support sales and procurement with order backlog management
3. Support sales team and other colleagues across the business.
4. Manage email accounts relating to order/sales process.
5. Ensure adherence to customer service level.
6. Reporting weekly and monthly data and information across the team.
7. Provide timely, accurate, and competent response to all order related customer inquiries
8. Ensure the Administration area is supported by well-documented procedures review existing procedures regularly and update as necessary.
