    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Leadership + Team Management

    • Lead, manage, and hold the team accountable (LMA) in alignment with our values and responsibilities.
    • Conduct 1:1s with all team members to support development, remove barriers, and drive results.
    • Own and maintain the Accountability Chart, including hiring and firing decisions.
    • Foster a culture of ownership and cross-functional alignment that reinforces accountability at every level.
    • Collaborate with Visionary to ensure clarity in all committed meetings.

    Operational Excellence + EOS Execution

    • Run day-to-day business operations with a strong bias toward action and clarity.
    • Lead all EOS® functions, including running Level 10 (L10) meetings, driving traction, and managing the Vision/Traction Organization (VT/O).
    • Redesign and maintain the scorecards and KPIs to align with performance and growth goals.
    • Lead compensation planning in partnership with finance leadership.
    • Document, create, simplify, and maintain all key business processes to be followed by all.

    Strategic Execution + Vision Alignment

    • Work closely with the Visionary to translate high-level ideas into executable strategies.
    • Support key strategic initiatives, such as launching an internship program, incorporating a tax firm, publishing a book, and developing a group delivery model.
    • Help evolve tools like the financial health questionnaire, life planning model, and a simplified, proven financial planning process.
    • Drive execution toward major firm goals, such as ensuring every client is in a financial plan and multiplying revenue (2X, 3X, etc.).

    Financial Stewardship

    • Own the company’s P&L, budgeting process, and financial accountability.
    • Hold the CFO and Controller accountable to targets, accuracy, and overall financial health.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Required

    • 3+ years of team leadership experience at the Director/VP level
    • 3+ years of team management experience of 10 or more direct reports
    • 3+ years of full P&L ownership/management for a business with $2 – $3M+ in revenue
    • Proven leadership of cross-functional departments

    Preferred

    • Experience operating at the C-Suite level
    • Familiarity with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS®)
    • Bachelor’s degree completion

    Desired

    • Previous experience as an EOS® Integrator
    • CFP® (Certified Financial Planner) designation
    • CKA® (Certified Kingdom Advisor) designation

    SALARY: $130K - $150K plus performance-based bonus opportunity
