    A rapidly growing, mission-driven organization focused on autism and education services is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead operational strategy, oversee cross-functional teams, and scale impact across diverse service lines. This is a unique opportunity for a senior leader to bring structure, innovation, and accountability to a high-growth platform committed to compassionate care and excellence.

    Position Overview

    The COO will be responsible for managing and integrating five core departments: growth and outreach, clinical autism services, school-based clinical services, care coordination, and back-office operations. You’ll lead these centralized teams while working closely with shared service areas including finance, technology, HR, and marketing. As the operational driver of the company’s vision, you’ll be accountable for P&L performance, organizational integration, and identifying opportunities for sustainable growth.

    The Ideal Candidate

    • Senior leadership experience in ABA, healthcare, education, or related fields

    • Proven ability to scale operations and lead cross-functional teams

    • Strong process improvement skills with a data-driven mindset

    • Technologically fluent and excited by AI-driven efficiencies

    • Collaborative, strategic, and analytical thinker

    • Emotionally intelligent and able to connect across diverse teams and roles

    • Experience with EOS or similar operational frameworks (preferred)

     

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage five departmental directors; ensure alignment and accountability

    • Monitor budgets, optimize resource allocation, and drive financial outcomes

    • Oversee execution of quarterly and annual strategic objectives

    • Ensure integration between departments and with shared services

    • Launch and manage special projects and new service initiatives

    • Maintain high standards of quality, compliance, and ethical integrity

    • Promote a values-aligned culture of teamwork, growth, and compassion
