About the Role

Revelation Church LA is looking for a Chief Operating Officer who is both operationally exceptional and spiritually grounded. This is a pivotal executive role for a leader who can turn vision into execution, build organizational clarity, and ensure that every department operates with alignment, accountability, and excellence. What You’ll Do

Serve as the primary operational leader working directly alongside the CEO/Senior Pastor to execute vision.

Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments and campuses, ensuring alignment with organizational values and goals.

Build scalable systems, SOPs, and operational playbooks that support sustainable church growth.

Hold department heads accountable to goals, KPIs, and deadlines while developing them as leaders.

Partner with the CFO on budgeting, financial controls, and resource stewardship.

Oversee operational readiness for all church events, gatherings, and campus functions.

Champion staff wellbeing, team culture, and interdepartmental collaboration.

Support long-term strategic planning including future campuses, ministry growth, and organizational expansion.

What We’re Looking For

7–10 years of progressive leadership in operations, executive management, or organizational administration.

Proven ability to build systems, lead teams, and drive execution in a complex, multi-department environment.

Prior experience in a church, nonprofit, or faith-based organization strongly preferred.

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Business, Ministry, or Organizational Leadership preferred.

Active faith and alignment with the doctrine, culture, and mission of Revelation Church LA.

High emotional intelligence, pastoral wisdom, and the ability to lead with both clarity and care.
