EMPLOYMENT LITIGATION ATTORNEY

Cook Brown, LLP, a Sacramento boutique labor & employment firm is seeking an associate with 3-4 years litigation experience.

The ideal Associate candidate will handle discovery, prepare motions, conduct depositions and interviews and otherwise support partners in pretrial work. Associate will also provide research and counseling and advice to employer clients on hiring, firing and compensation issues. Employment litigation experience referred but not required. Thorough research and writing skills required.
