    Job Description

    We are looking for dedicated Customer Support personnel to handle customer inquiries, solve their tough day to day problems, and put a smile on our customer's faces.  Responsibilities will be to accept complaints as an interface between customers and our company. Therefore to check whether the problems are solved sustainably and whether our current customers are satisfied with us and our services are as essential, including bringing new ideas and think about how we can improve our customer support with the tools optimize the entire process.

    Salary range: $36000 - $48000 per year

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Contributes to our process and organization growth and knowledge management.

    • Follow up call service issues by our customer or our individuals and go the further mile to make our customers happy;

    • Reacts to the process issues by contacting responsible technical contacts or respective or concerned coworking space part

    • Handling inquiries from customers and any other individuals concerning our products, policy inquiry, operation process and payment inquiry. 

    • Contributes to continuous process improvement initiatives and in introduce new tools to optimize our entire process of handling customers enquiries and complaints

    • Direct feedback from our customers to appropriate unit or system with  clearly, fast and uncomplicated communication;

    • Take up responsibility from day one and work independently

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Good communication skills and expressive skills;

    • Have customer service or call center experience; 

    • Be optimistic and good in self emotion control;

    • Have an independent, solution-oriented way of working and a talent for organization;

    • Be active, quick learner and self adapted to changing environment.

    • Can work under great pressure.
