    Job Description

    A social media customer care associate handles tweets and Facebook posts from dissatisfied customers. This role involves monitoring an organization’s social media accounts, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating problems to a manager when necessary.

    SALARY RANGE: $38000 - $48000 PER YEAR.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Report monthly statistics for our website using Google Analytics and social media traffic and engagement
    • Design a multi-channel online marketing strategy for our social media accounts with well-written, on-brand content
    • Identify new media opportunities and connect with social media influencers
    • Manage and monitor our social media accounts including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
    • Work with Partner Clients to establish their Brand Identity
    • Must be proficient at YouTube-IGTV- FB-LinkedIn-
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Previous relevant work experience.

    • Experience in managing and executing paid social media campaigns across platforms is a plus.

    • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentational skills.

    • Competent in campaign planning, recommending strategies, and budgeting.

    • Able to work independently and collaboratively with remote team members.

    • Flexible and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with concurrent and competing deadlines.

    • Bachelor degree (economy, social sciences) is an asset.
