**Claims Concierge & QA Support - Claims & Peer Review Professional **
We are seeking candidates for this position to support our Claims Department and engage with our Commercial & Insurance Carrier clients, their policyholders, and our contractors. This critical service-focused position sits on the Operations Team in our Claims Division.

Opportunity: Our internal title for this position is Claims Concierge & QA Support. You will be responsible for managing projects from cradle to grave. This person will be able to diplomatically handle disputes and will be a master of communication. Day to day tasks include claims intake via phone, email & our claims platform, estimate review as well as data entry during the life cycle of an assignment. As a member of this team, you'll interface with a wide variety of high profile insurance & commercial clients, and build strong relationships with some of the finest carriers & service providers in the world.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES & SKILLS
Claims Management & Quality Assurance
- Review estimates for accuracy and adherence to industry standards & estimating guidelines.
- Answer phones and handle incoming calls.
- Manage restoration projects in our claims portal (COREVoyant).
- Coordinate and collaborate with all internal departments.
- Will have on-call rotation duties.
- Comfortable dealing with highly emotional or stressful environments.
- Oral Communication–Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations. Able to effectively calm excited customers, use questioning to accurately identify the type and extent of problem, and describe the steps that will be taken. Adaptable and able to think on his / her feet.
- Written Communication–Writes clear, precise, well organized letters, proposals, and emails. The individual edits work for spelling and grammar and is able to read and interpret written information. Uses appropriate vocabulary and grammar.
- Process Orientation–Approaches tasks with an understanding of the overall set of steps involved in completing the work. Awareness of what is required for them to complete their job and what others require. Has a continuous improvement mindset–is always thinking about ways to improve and streamline business processes.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- PREFERRED - Experience with both Xactimate & Symbility estimating platforms.
- PREFERRED - Previous experience using a CRM or management software.
- PREFERRED - Located in Central or Eastern Time Zones.
- Proven experience in task-oriented communication.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Demonstrates intermediate to advanced proficiency in the use of computers and computer software, especially MS Office, Word, and Excel.
- Prior experience with Property Insurance Claims.
- Prior experience in estimating or peer review.
COMPENSATION INFORMATION
On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this position is approximately $50,000-$60,000 per year inclusive of base salary & bonus, with access to Medical, Dental & Vision benefits.
