    Position Overview:

    CORE is seeking a driven and self-motivated Membership Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in inside sales, cold calling, qualifying leads, a talent for building relationships, and a passion for promoting our membership and franchise opportunities to potential partners. Candidates with all of the above qualifications AND restoration experience will have preference in selection.

    This position is perfect for someone who is looking to break into the franchise sales and property restoration industries or seeks to move from a local presence to a national one. This position can be partially or fully remote, earn bonuses and commissions on new memberships, gain valuable experience, and transfer/promote to other positions in our rapidly growing organization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Franchise/Membership Lead generation: Actively search for and engage with potential members and franchisees through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events. Guide them into and through the membership discovery process, showcasing the benefits of partnering with CORE.

    2. Lead Qualification: Conduct thorough due diligence on prospective franchisees, assessing their financial qualifications, business acumen, and alignment with CORE's brand values. CORE only accepts the best of the best and this position is the tip of the spear in the hunt for the next elite member.

    3. Sales Presentations: Observe, internalize, and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective members, addressing their inquiries and highlighting the advantages of joining CORE's network.

    4. Franchise Negotiations: Collaborate with the legal team to navigate franchise agreement negotiations, ensuring they align with CORE's business objectives.

    5. Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adapt your sales strategy as needed.

    6. Compliance: Ensure all franchise sales activities adhere to regulatory and legal requirements, including franchise disclosure laws and regulations.

    7. Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, including lead conversion rates and revenue projections.

    Qualifications:

    - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience.

    - Proven track record of B2B sales or a related field.

    - Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

    - Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

    - Ability to travel as needed to meet with prospective franchisees and attend industry events.
