CORG Management Group is seeking to hire a part-time Custodian in Florence, SC 6:30am-12:00pm, 5 days a week (unless otherwise specified) with at least 3 years experience with floors and floor machines.

Job responsibilities:

Must be able to bend, kneel, walk for long periods, lift 25 lbs., and perform repetitive motions.

Ensure spaces are ready for next day.

Remove trash and cleaning receptacles

Sanitize and clean restroom, urinals, toilet, mirrors, restock, wipe partitions, mop floors

Dust high and low and polishing

Daily vacuuming and sweeping

Restock carts at end of shift

Be able to change areas as needed by supervisor

Be able to follow all safety instructions, and PPE

Must be able to clean floors as specified by contract, be versatile, and know floors and machines.

Be able to work on mandatory weekends when extra floor maintenance is required.

Must be able to pass an extensive Background Check.
