Job Description

We are looking for engaging, energetic employees to provide exceptional service to the members at Cornerstone Financial Credit Union in processing transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies and procedures. This position is the "frontline" of the credit union and is a fundamental role in achieving our member satisfaction.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist members with financial services in a warm, professional manner
• Promote credit union products and services
• Open new accounts
• Assist members with loan applications/closing of loans

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• High School diploma or GED required

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Customer service and cash handling experience required
• One year of teller and new account experience preferred
• Some lending experience desired

NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS:

• Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Drive-thru open until 6:00 p.m. on Friday evenings
