We are looking for someone who is engaging and energetic to provide exceptional service to the members at Cornerstone Financial Credit Union. You will process transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies and procedures and educate about our products and services. This position is the "frontline" of the credit union and is a fundamental role in achieving our member satisfaction.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist members with financial services in a warm, professional manner
• Promote credit union products and services
• Open new accounts
• Assist members with loan applications/closing of loans

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• High School diploma or GED required
• Some college is preferred

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Customer service and retail experience required
• One year of teller and new account experience preferred

NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS:

• Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Drive-thru open until 6:00 p.m. on Friday evenings
