    We are currently recruiting a Regional Head of Stores for the North America Region (US, Canada & Mexico)

    Reporting to the Regional Managing Director and based out of our office in New York, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone with significant retail leadership experience to help shape the future growth of COS, build brand awareness and elevate our customer experience, contributing to our ambition to establish COS as a Sustainable International Power Brand in North America.

    As the Regional Sales Manager, North America you will be responsible for the sales performance and overall profitability of the COS retail channel. You will lead a team of 5 to deliver the best possible customer experience while maintaining an overview of operational and commercial activities.

    Core Responsibilities includes but is not limited to**

    • Build the overall Retail channel strategy and vision, with full P&L responsibility.
    • Accountable for setting the store channel budget, supported by controlling and that it has the appropriate goals, plans and budgets to maximize sales, improve efficiency, and increase profit.
    • Collaborate with the Regional Brand Controller in creating and managing financial plans, openings of new stores and rebuilds in the region.
    • Regularly analyse the sales performance of the Region creating actions to increase conversion, pieces per receipt and average price.
    • Review P&L monthly to drive top and bottom-line performance and profitability targets and deliver to set plans.
    • Lead the Regional Sales Team to grow the business, guiding through the whole employee life cycle (recruitment, performance, appraisal, reward, development, exits) ​
    • Lead and collaborate with the Regional and Area Sales Teams to analyse service performance reports and implement actions based on the feedback​.
    • Collaborate with the Regional Concept Visual Specialist to guarantee all stores within the Region are in line with the Brand aesthetics and are merchandised according to COS visual guidelines in a commercial way​.
    • Collaborate with Merchandising, Marketing, and E-commerce to align the business strategy and reinforce the store sales experience​.
    • Collaborate with Regional Head of HR to develop succession plans based on core competencies and career aspirations across all channels and functions.
    • Partner closely with Marketing and public relations to maximize in-store events, programming, activities, and other offerings to drive community connections and delight our customers.

    • Significant experience in a senior leadership role overseeing store operations, this role would ideally suit someone that is currently working or has previous experience over a number of years as an area/district or regional manager or in another comparable role
    • Proven leadership and team management skills derived from having direct responsibility for building and managing a cohesive, high-performing and engaged team.
    • Results oriented leader with ability to develop and communicate big-picture vision and strategy, and deliver results through practical, disciplined execution. Demonstrated success in developing strategies and roadmaps that directly led to measurable business results.
    • Strong collaboration and partnership skills. Ability to effectively influence stakeholders and gain consensus at all levels of the organization.
    • Strong commitment and experience with providing a high level of customer service.
    • Ability to multi-task and determine key priorities.
    • Ability to coach and counsel staff and performance management and progressive discipline techniques.
    • Proficient at Microsoft Office
    • Required domestic travel up to 60% of time.

    Compensation : Hiring range is $169,000 – $203,000 annually***

    You will have the flexibility to work both remotely and, from the office. While remote working is an integral part of our part of our offer, approx. 3 days per week office presence will be required to foster strong collaborations and teamwork.
