    Job Description

    IS THIS ROLE FOR YOU? 

    As a JUNIOR CONCEPT VISUAL MERCHANDISER, you will collaborate with the Regional Concept Visual Merchandiser to transform the global visual experience strategy to the regional concept.

    In this role, you will execute and communicate the collection strategy to the Regional Sales team, sharing buying focuses on increasing and elevating the in-store customer experience.​

     

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

    • Collaborate with the Area Visual Merchandising team to create an efficient and informative workflow for achieving the long-term and short-term Visual Merchandising goals
    • Support the execution of  Concept Visual Merchandiser’s strategy, product planning, and commercial focuses, as well as a timeline
    • Partner with the Concept Visual Merchandiser in adapting the Global Visual Merchandising experience to your region by following the Brand ID as well as the commercial needs, customers, and profit​
    • Analyze and follow up on the concept specifics regarding presentation and selling KPIs, partner with Concept VM to set action planning
    • Collaborate with Regional Area Visual Merchandiser to secure two-way communication and learnings from concept to store execution and support the commercial direction
    • Test and trial new ways of working with presenting the concepts collection through display, presentation, and communication, and take the learnings​
    • Collaborate with the Regional Marketing Team regarding events, focuses, and external collaborations

    • Prior Visual Merchandising experience
    • Highly efficient, detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and work across multiple projects at the same time  
    • Team player and adaptable
    • Creative and data-driven mindset
    • Must be proficient in Adobe Design and MS PowerPoint
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Salary Range-$65k - $73k
