    Job Description

    _ Core Responsibilities includes but is not limited to_ **

    • Own the e-commerce and digital marketing strategy and vision, with full P&L responsibility, guide and work with your e-commerce team to analyse sales performance and implement actions based on the feedback to achieve growth targets.
    • Recruit, develop, mentor, coach and lead the regional e-commerce team, hold annual performance appraisals, and provide your team members with regular feedback, guidance, and encouragement.
    • Develop & implement short-term and long-term e-commerce and digital marketing plans in line with the overall sales strategy and brand vision.
    • Set the E-comm and digital marketing budgets, supported by controlling, ensuring the department has the appropriate goals, plans and budgets to maximize sales, improve efficiency, and increase profit.
    • Co-create the budget and expansion planning for all new OL sites and new markets
    • Enhance the online store customer experience, securing inventory levels, maintain visual standards and utilize insights to make informed decisions regarding product placement.
    • Balance profitability and customers LTV through continuous improvement on the site
    • Partner closely with brand marketing and public relations to maximize exposure, activities, and other offerings
    • Build and lead reporting and analytics across all channels and own the performance of all relevant KPIs (LTV, CAC, contribution margin, channel CPAs, retention cohorts, customer churn feedback, return rates, etc.)
    • Synchronize your actions with the global e-commerce & marketing teams, following up on the results, providing feedback regarding assortment and product flow​.
    • Collaborate with the it department to secure online operations
    • Collaborate with regional and global marketing teams to align content, product, and promotion strategies​.
    • Work with merchandising and logistics team to secure fulfilment and shipping​ with optimized costs and timing
    • Manage external agencies to ensure that opportunities are maximized, and the brand is communicated in an appropriate fashion.
    • Drive the technical development of the e-commerce operations and define future needs and priorities for the digital roadmap, leveraging multiple stakeholders and business tech team support (user experience, logistics including delivery, returns and packaging, customer service, reporting optimization).
    • Set priorities and find new growth opportunities leveraging customer behavior, using web analytics and sales data analysis.

    • Experience ecommerce/digital marketing at executive level, with a strong focus on retail or a related industry and direct responsibility for a team.
    • Experience building and leading multi-faceted teams comprised of creatives, performance and brand marketers, analytics, and engineers
    • Experience in driving qualified online traffic through SEM, SEO, Affiliate Marketing, CRM, Programmatic, and Content Marketing; balancing between commerciality and inspiration.
    • Demonstrated ability in managing external agencies for performance marketing, creative design, and web development.
    • Proven leadership and team management skills derived from having direct responsibility for building and managing a cohesive, high-performing and engaged team.
    • Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, and ability to generate, analyze and interpret data.
    • Results oriented leader with ability to develop and communicate big-picture vision and strategy, and deliver results through practical, disciplined execution. Demonstrated success in developing strategies and roadmaps that directly led to measurable business results
    • Strong collaboration and partnership skills. Ability to effectively influence stakeholders and gain consensus at all levels of the organization.
    • Strong and effective project management skills and the ability to lead and direct internal and external resources, with different and converging timelines.
    • Extensive experience with online marketing tools and web-based technologies
    • Around 5 % travel required as necessary (Sales meetings, Trainings/Workshops, etc.)
