    • Performs varied administrative duties for the Code Ninjas Stone Oak dojo.

     GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

    • Composes and produces business correspondences and related materials by email or within various customer engagement applications.
    • Engages with customers including parents & children by phone & in person at the dojo.
    • Responds to inquiries and requests for information by phone, email, & customer engagement application requiring knowledge of programs & events offered by Code Ninjas Stone Oak.
    • Serves as an internal resource to Code Senseis on departmental and company procedures.
    • Performs administrative & light sales duties associated with scheduling and coordinating meetings, customer tours and planning events.
    • Oversees production and distribution of ninja award materials & internally created marketing materials for the dojo.
    • Oversees office operations including, but not limited to, light cleaning & organization.
    • Schedules, assigns (as applicable) and prioritizes workload by setting appropriate deadlines.

     JOB QUALIFICATIONS

    • Education: Associate's degree
    • Experience: 1-2 years of related experience
