Insurance Office Assistant Position (full time)
The ideal candidate is a team player and able to work successfully in a team environment, as well as on their own. Looking for a candidate who has strong communication skills and organizational procedures necessary for success working in a busy office environment. Must be self motivated, have a desire to learn, pay close attention to detail, be able to think on their feet, and be able to multi-task efficiently.
The office assistant is responsible for general office and clerical duties, managing calendars/schedules, client relations and attracting new business.
All positions within the office require licensing and ongoing education requirements. All employees are required to obtain an insurance license within 90 days, incentives of licensing are available.
