About the Role:

Empire Delivery Services Inc is looking for reliable and motivated Couriers to join our fast-paced team in New York, NY

Responsibilities:

Pick up and deliver packages, documents, and goods to residential and commercial locations throughout New York City

Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to ensure on-time delivery

Handle packages with care and maintain accurate delivery records

Obtain signatures and confirm receipt of deliveries from customers

Communicate proactively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status

Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with clients and recipients

Inspect and report any vehicle or equipment issues promptly

Requirements:

Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if vehicle-based delivery)

Strong knowledge of New York City streets, neighborhoods, and traffic patterns

Punctual, reliable, and highly organized

Strong time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Prior courier, delivery, or logistics experience is a plus
