    COZMOZONE Inc. is looking for go-getters to meet face-to-face with our customers (Hair stylists and hair salon owners) and to help find the best products for their needs.

     

    This is not a typical sales job! COZMOZONE is the exclusive distributor of Mounir products in the USA, there is no competition with other sales reps from other companies, and each sales rep in our company will not share the same territory.

    • This is a 100% commission-based role (plus a monthly $1,000 base for expenses)

    • Sales training and supports (territory action plan, research methods, sales tools, workshop, and product training)

     

    OBJECTIVE OF THIS ROLE

    • Represent the company’s products and services, using consumer research as well as deep and comprehensive knowledge of how our solutions meet the needs of customers
    • Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas
    • Generate leads and build relationships by organizing daily work schedule to call on and to visit existing and potential customers
    • Develop and implement territory action plan (together with the team and team lead), and adjust sales techniques according to interactions and results in the field

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities
    • Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls/visits, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories
    • Possess basic product knowledge and be able to introduce and handle objections
    • Ensure on-time and accurate reporting via CRM mobile app (training will be provided)
    • Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often including presentations
    • Coordinate with other sales representatives to ensure that quotas are being met and company standards are being upheld

     

    REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

    • Two or more years of sales experience within a similar industry
    • Possess knowledge about professional hair products
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
    • Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
    • Speak fluent English and Spanish
    • Possess a driver’s license, own a vehicle, and ability to drive to customers’
    • Possess a work permit in the USA

     

    PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

    • Established sales network or connections with local hair salons and stylists
    • Proven success rate at levels above sales quota
    • Ability to travel to customer and company events
    • Proficiency with sales management software and CRM
