Compensation- This is a position with a compensation plan that includes an annual salary range of $75,000 – $100,000 and incentives driven by performance. Responsibilities: The Position • Lead System Automation Projects: Spearhead the development and optimization of our AI-driven questionnaire process and overall program systems to enhance efficiency and client outcomes. • Technical Development: Work closely with COtingency teams to develop backend solutions that support COtingency's service offerings, leveraging your understanding of software and automation tools • Project Management Excellence: Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring that all technical solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with our strategic objectives. • Innovate and Optimize: Continuously seek out and implement improvements in our process automation, leveraging tools like Zapier, Make.com, and other AI technologies to keep our operations at the cutting edge • Stakeholder Collaboration: Business advisors, and external contractors to ensure seamless integration and alignment of technical solutions with business needs Qualifications: Qualifications • Technological agility, with a passion for leveraging technology and innovation in streamlining tasks. Experience with CRM & PMS systems and digital filing solutions • Proven Project Management Skills: Demonstrated ability in managing projects with a strong focus on system automation and technological improvements • Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make.com, React.dev, Monday.com, Kartra, and more ), AI integration, and software development principles • Adaptive Communication: Exceptional ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and maintain strong client relationships • Collaborative Mindset: A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment, with a passion for solving problems and driving innovation • Valued Consulting Skills: Proficiency in business consulting, especially in continuity and succession planning, is preferred.
