Position Summary
The Crop Protection Warehouse Technician plays a key role in supporting Titan Pro’s value stream by ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient warehouse operations. This position supports daily execution while contributing to continuous improvement through a Plan‑Do‑Check‑Adjust (PDCA) mindset aligned with EOS and Lean principles.
Key Responsibilities
Safely receive, store, pump, package, and ship crop protection products
Verify tanker deliveries, paperwork accuracy, and tank levels
Accurately fill, inspect, and label totes in compliance with EPA, DOT, and company standards
Complete pick tickets and verify orders for accuracy, quality, and proper staging
Assist with loading, securement, and material handling using pallet jacks and forklifts
Process product and supplier returns per SOPs and quality guidelines
Perform daily inventory counts and support discrepancy resolution
Contribute to warehouse organization, space optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum two (2) years of warehouse or related experience preferred
Ability to obtain a Pesticide Handlers License (required)
Ability to obtain a CDL with appropriate endorsements (preferred)
Strong attention to safety, quality, and process discipline
Ability to collaborate effectively in a team‑based, high‑performance environment
Comfortable using technology, including Microsoft and/or Google applications
Physical & Work Requirements
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs., with or without assistance
Ability to operate a forklift safely (OSHA standards)
Ability to stand, walk, and remain engaged for extended periods
Willingness to work overtime, Saturdays, and flexible hours as required
