We are a Real Estate Development Company that is leading the Los Angeles market in low to medium density Multi-Family and Single-Family development.
We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company and demonstrates the skills necessary to build new client relations, solidify and expand on existing client retention, run marketing campaigns for existing and upcoming projects, develop creative new ways to capture new clientele, conduct research on a potential investment, and doing data entry work.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
Tech-savvy, proficient in Google Drive
Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software
Experience running small cross-functional projects preferred
Professional oral and written communication skills required
Capable of obtaining clearances and approvals with local municipalities.
xProvide Permit Processing services on behalf of the company for the following: due diligence/preliminary research, entitlements
Land use permits, liquor license, Los Angeles county special events permit change of use, conditional use permits, green building approval, ADA/disabled access.
Cal/OSHA, sanitation, bureau of engineering, cra, fire approval, drafting services, online approvals/project management
Experience coordinating project submission and document ingestion with the client, organizing and reviewing files to identify missing assets, and requesting additional materials as needed

Support building initiatives for emergency preparedness including earthquake and fire drills, ham radio operation, and supply management
Responsibilities
Analyzing evaluation resulting in new processes/techniques or knowledge development
Attending and participating in monthly safety committee meetings on behalf of the department
Regularly works with Managers in the local area to fulfill expectations. Uses independent judgment and decision-making to plan and prioritize work and develop strategies within areas of responsibility. Performs work with moderate supervision
Maintain standards regarding office spaces consistent, space planning, and internal relocations with the company's goals, culture, and regulatory requirements
Monitoring and adhering to budgets for services in the areas of responsibility and provide input in communicating anticipated costs to management for their budgeting, as appropriate
Ensure that services are delivered according to safety and service level expectations set by the department and according to Vestas and regulatory standards
Track and respond to client feedback, monitor and track progress across projects ensuring timely delivery, comprehensive, and professional responses within SLA
Support all landlord functions including lease administration, tenant relations/communications, rent monitoring, CAM collection, year-end true-ups, and crisis management
Coordinate project hand-off to 3D vendor partner
Perform quality control on digital models prepared by 3D artist to ensure adherence to project requirements and quality standards
Support the execution of tenant improvement projects for Vestas and subtenants
Experience
2-5 years working as a project lead organizing and managing 3D real estate projects
2-3 years with architectural plans and specifications, and the ability to read such documents (CAD drawings, specifications, etc), with the purpose of translating them into 3D modeling and texturing requirements
1-2 years experience with planning approvals, zoning variance, building, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing, coastal development permit, health department approval, sign permits, new construction
1-2 years working with relevant laws, regulations, and corporate obligations in terms of safety, health, and environment
