Job Description
We have an immediate opening for a CPA Front Office Administrator to join our team and help manage the day-to-day front desk operations of our well-established ENCINO CPA OFFICE. This position requires excellent communication and customer service skills!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for tax return assemblies
- Greet and welcome clients
- Answer phones, screen and direct calls to the appropriate person, and/or take and relay concise messages
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including filing, faxing, emailing pdfs, copying, sorting, setup, and organizing new client files, etc.
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries, process and keep track of regular, certified, priority, and overnight deliveries
- Schedule appointments and manage office calendars as needed
- Monitor and maintain office supplies and office equipment
- Maintain front-office flow, efficiency, and organization
- Research queries from client's emails and phone calls
- Willing to take on other duties that may be assigned as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-5 YEARS OF CURRENT EXPERIENCE as a Front Office Administrator in a CPA firm (or similar fast-paced environment) is REQUIRED
- Courteous phone manner and EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS ARE ESSENTIAL
- Must have the ability to prioritize and multitask with strong attention to detail
- A self-starter that is dependable, dedicated, and carries a positive attitude
- WORKING KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE WITH INTUIT'S LACERTE TAX PROGRAM, DOCUSIGN AND GOOGLE SUITE IS A PLUS!
