Our Client is seeking an experienced CPA Attorney to join our team in a full-time or of counsel capacity. The ideal candidate will hold both a Juris Doctor (JD) and active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license, with strong experience in tax planning, corporate structuring, compliance, and advising business clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal and tax counsel to business clients, including entity structuring, transactional planning, and compliance
• Review and draft corporate documents, agreements, and tax-related filings
• Advise clients on federal, state, and local tax matters
• Collaborate with attorneys, leadership, and clients to develop strategic tax and financial solutions
• Support business transactions, M&A, and corporate governance matters as needed

Qualifications

• Active JD and CPA credentials required
• Strong background in tax law , corporate law , or business advisory work
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex financial and legal concepts clearly
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a highly collaborative team

This role may be structured as full-time or of counsel , depending on the candidate’s experience and availability.
