CPA Solutions specializes in helping clients reduce their tax liability to $0 and engages the tips and resources using the Wealth Ability Playbook. Our focus is on helping professional service providers, entrepreneurs, eCommerce, and real estate investors all over the United States. Each team member has a direct relationship with their clients allowing everyone to build rewarding personal and professional relationships.

Our team is fully remote to encourage independence and work/life balance, though we do meet regularly to ensure a strong and cohesive culture

EXPECTATIONS FOR THE TAX PREPARER ROLE

You will work with clients managing their bookkeeping and accounting, financials, and helping them reach their financial goals. And you get to do it ALL VIRTUAL!

THIS INCLUDES:

• Ability to communicate with clients in live zoom calls should be a desire as well.
• TAX SERVICES: tax return prep and review, understand adjustments, supervise tax research projects, prepare journal entries and understand adjustments.
• FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING AND ANALYSIS: review bookkeeping work, draft and review financial statements, enter transactions, make adjustments, budgeting, and client analysis.
• PROJECT MANAGEMENT: organize assignments, handle client list including billing and collection duties
• STAFF DEVELOPMENT: review workpapers and monitor assignments​
• CLIENT SERVICE: Collaborate and suggest opportunities for enhanced client service on engagements.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• Competitive salary DOE
• 3 weeks PTO to start

• Tax Season Hours < 60
• Regular Season Hours = 40-50ish
