Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced CPA with at least five years of experience, preferably within the healthcare or dialysis sectors. This role is ideal for a driven individual with a solid accounting foundation who is eager to take on increased responsibilities with a pathway to grow into a Controller role. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and proficient in Excel and QuickBooks, ready to optimize our accounting practices and support our financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily accounting operations, including financial statement preparation, general ledger management, and reconciliations. Paying invoices and comparing invoices to expected expenses.

- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes and financial reporting.

- Perform in-depth financial analysis, identifying trends and opportunities for cost reduction or revenue enhancement.

- Collaborate with team members to implement financial strategies that align with our business objectives.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and dialysis industry regulations.

- Provide insights for budget planning, forecasting, and cash flow management.

- Develop and maintain proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks to streamline processes and enhance data accuracy.

Qualifications:

- CPA certification is required with a minimum of 5 years of accounting experience.

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.

- Experience in the healthcare or dialysis industry preferred.

- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

- Demonstrated desire and capability to grow into a Controller position.
